Maple Dell Ranch is a 70-acre ranch in Scottsville, Kentucky.  The ranch produces beef from Gelbvieh/Angus (Balancer) hybrid cattle, pork from heritage breed pigs, and fine sport horses trained for dressage, trail riding, and Western and English versatility events.  

Maple Dell Ranch is owned and operated by 
Martha M. Day, who has a passion for stewardship of the land and livestock production that respects animals' natural tendencies.
Martha works with a small number of students teaching riding lessons and principles of classical horsemanship. Martha starts young horses, providing a foundation in groundwork and riding.
